Thursday March 9 from 9:30: a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
and Saturday March 11 from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

You must pre-book an appointment.

Please be prepared:

  • PACKING AND LOADING: We can provide limited support in loading large items, but take no responsibility for any damage done during loading or transporting items off site. Please bring your own boxes and packing paper. Boxes and wrapping materials are not available on site.
  • BOOKING: Please book the pickup using the SAME contact name you used to register for the auction, even if you send someone else to the actual pick up. We usually gather your items ahead of your arrival to be as efficient as possible, and we can’t do that for mystery names.
  • REFUNDS:  Please inspect your items prior to leaving the auction site. Notify staff immediately if you have any concerns. If you leave with your items and have not notified us of any discrepancies between the posted information and the condition you received the items, we cannot be held responsible for any pieces later found in a broken or otherwise different than advertised condition. Please note that the terms and conditions for this auction, which you accepted when you placed a bid,  indicate items are purchased “as is” with no guarantee or warranty.
  • PAYMENT: You pay by e-transfer to ( our favourite payment choice !!), cash, credit or debit on site. If you require shipping you will need to provide credit card information by telephoning 519 222 2468. We have not charged your credit card for your winning items. You did register a card with Hibid, which is a third party auction platform in order to confirm you have the ability to pay, but we do not process any payment to that card
